Aviah Cohen Pierson, JD, Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer, brings over ten years of experience in the legal field to QMMS USA. Ms. Pierson worked for ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP (“ENTA???) as General Counsel overseeing compliance and regulatory affairs, human resources and credentialing as well as document management, risk management and litigation support services. As Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of QMMS USA, Ms. Pierson provides business support services to ENTA and continues to oversee compliance, human resources, and credentialing. She also manages all litigation, partnership issues, regulatory matters, employment issues, profit sharing management and other legal issues. Ms. Pierson works with other members of senior management to ensure that risk is reduced from a medical malpractice standpoint, as well as compliance, employee relations and other areas. Ms. Pierson worked in the New York State Court System as a court attorney, handling various areas of civil litigation. Prior to that, Ms. Pierson was a trial attorney at Kaplan Fox & Kilsheimer, LLP, a leading national private law firm in New York, where she litigated antitrust, securities, and other civil cases. Ms. Pierson received her J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law, where she was a member of the Fordham Law Review and interned for federal magistrate Judge Mark D. Fox. She received her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated summa cum laude.
