Margaret Hargrove, CPC, Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Management, has extensive experience in financial operations and revenue cycle management. She worked with various executives and medical practices to improve interdepartmental processes to secure timely payments for services rendered by the practice. Margaret provides leadership and management expertise to the Billing, A/R Analysts, Payment Posting, Billing Operations Specialists and Correspondence Teams. Margaret has worked for Crystal Run Healthcare where she held the position of Assistant Director, Patient Accounts. Her responsibilities included maintaining financial records and monthly statistics pertaining to billing, insurance and patient collections, payment posting and reconciliation with accounting. Margaret started her 15 years in the Medical field as a Receptionist and then Medical Transcriptionist at Warwick Valley Orthopedics. Margaret was employed by John S. Juliano, MD, PLLC as the Practice Manager for four years prior to the practice merging with Crystal Run Healthcare. Margaret holds a Certified Professional Coder Certification with the AAPC. Mrs. Hargrove currently oversees and directs the entire Revenue Cycle Management Department for ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP, which consist of over 100 staff members.
