Jennifer Simone, Director of Electronic Health Records, has worked in the healthcare field for over 20 years, gaining experience in a variety of positions beginning as a Medical Assistant/Front Desk Receptionist, working her way up to a Practice Site Administrator and now to Director of Electronic Health Records for QMMS USA. When the company chose to take on an electronic medical record, Ms. Simone accepted the challenge of becoming part of the EMR team and developing a system suitable for clinical staff to use. She took on a leadership role early on and oversees a team of experts that train physicians and staff on the various workflows needed for the implementation of the EHR.Ms. Simone received her Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from the University at Albany-SUNY. She holds a Certified Professional Coder certification from the AAPC which she passed magna cum laude. She currently manages and oversees the EMR swat team, which consist of 8 staff members.
