Robert Glazer, Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer, is responsible for the overall operations of QMMS USA. Mr. Glazer worked for ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP for over 20 years as Chief Executive Officer overseeing physician recruitment, mergers and acquisitions and strategic planning. As EVP and Chief Executive Officer of QMMS USA, Mr. Glazer will use his 40+ years of healthcare experience to provide business support services to ENTA and other practices across the United States. These services include the integration of back-office management services, billing and revenue cycle management operations, marketing and physician relations, IT and electronic health records, along with compliance and regulatory affairs. Mr. Glazer consults in the areas of strategic and long-range planning for health care practices and providers. He regularly advises clients in the assessment and development of joint venture opportunities. Mr. Glazer assists providers in creating clinical workflow and the operational and administrative oversight necessary for sustained success while navigating today’s healthcare environment. Mr. Glazer lectures frequently on health Care -related topics, including Compensation Models and Pay Equity, Private Practice Ancillary Services, Provider-Based Regulations, HIPAA, Compliance and Coordinated Care Management.
He has served on the Leadership Council as President – Association of Otolaryngology Administrators (AOA) and has participated on ad-hoc committees of the American Academy of Otolaryngology & Head and Neck Surgery (AAO-HNS). He is a Board Member of the Westchester County Association; a Fortune 500 business think tank. Mr. Glazer serves as the Vice President/ Secretary of OASIS, Otolaryngology/Allergy Specialty Insurance Services, a self-funded self-insured Medical Malpractice Captive that formed by the partners at ENTA in 2008. In the past, Mr. Glazer worked as a hospital administrator at New York University Medical Center (1976-1985) where he was a Departmental Controller, Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center (1985-1993) where he served as the Treasurer, New York United Medical Center (1993-1996) where he was the Senior Director of Finance and Business Development.
Mr. Glazer has a BS in Business Administration from the State University of New York and a Master’s in Public Administration and Health Care-New York University.
